• Plan and develop test cases and test plans Perform and document testing Analyse and summarize the outcomes of testing Identify improvement opportunities and work on its implementation Look for way to automate testing

• Report AI traffic on to management on regular base Track and analyse usage in terms of business focus needs Proactively find any technical issues to users and address with development & business teams Set up and monitor KPIs Be engaged in set up and gathering on User satisfaction as CSAT and NPS (Net Promoter Score) Work on long term reporting need meeting AI standards Communication & Change Management Actively promote HOPPY and assist in further leveraging the use of tool within Heineken employees
