Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. Proven 5+ experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong focus on data analysis. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Excel, Python, R, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Experience with data visualization techniques and tools. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in the industry relevant to the hiring company. Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling. Familiarity with database management systems and data warehousing concepts.

Reporting and Visualization: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key business metrics. Create data visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders. Business Insights and Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and objectives. Provide strategic insights to support decision-making processes, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. Process Improvement: Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement. Recommend and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure data-driven solutions align with business goals. Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other key stakeholders.
