• MBA degree or a Master’s degree in Statistics/Commerce/Mathematics/Economics 2+ years of experience in business strategy and business case development, including market analysis, interviewing skills, and data distillation to insights preferred

• Ability to develop impactful presentations, including logical structuring and storytelling Ability to develop high-quality deliverables with limited input Ability to support and conduct external interviews with executive-level experts, including synthesizing interview notes to develop key insights Experience in developing business strategy including analyses like market sizing, industry structure, competitor landscape, business opportunities, and recommendations Solid project management skills, with the ability to seamlessly switch between different workstreams Strong business acumen; ability to connect the dots to draw meaningful insights for the business Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation to senior leaders Experience working with virtual teams and senior leadership; can hold a conversation beyond work to build rapport in a virtual environment Ability to juggle many competing priorities/ deadlines Proficiency in Japanese language (Business level) is an advantage
