Job Description

Maintain team Dashboard, Scrum board with up-to-date information. Keep track of resource utilization and capacity planning with available scrum metrics. Support product owner and other stakeholder in understanding Agile Scrum practices. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the team’s velocity, sprint progress, and product quality. Prepare and present sprint and project progress reports to stakeholders. Act as a liaison between the development team and product team, managing expectations and addressing any concerns. Keep stakeholders informed about project status, risks, and potential impacts on timelines.

Job Skill

  • Must Have CSM/ PSM/ SAFe certification. Strong understanding of Scrum and Scaled Agile. 3 years of working experience in Scrum/ SAFe framework. Working knowledge and proficiency in Jira. Good understanding of Software Development Lifecycle. Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation and conflict resolution skills.

Requirements

  • Process ownership to define / Upgrade way of Working in team level & organization level. Coaching the team in Agile scrum methodologies, Scrum processes, and best practices. Establish scrum environment with required trainings and agile practices. Facilitate all scrum ceremonies and create / maintain flow of deliverables. Evaluate the technical debt of team and identify the training skills required for technical excellence. Continuous improvements towards building self-organizing team.
