Track customer issues, new features requests and customized configurations, ensure engineers are working on resolution, and customer bugs belong to a release bucket. Give products demonstrations and training to potential customers and product resellers. Conduct prototype testing for products new enhancements and evaluate new features. Work with marketing team on products’ technical material such as videos, datasheets, graphics etc. Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources. Coordinates contact with customers for project planning and discussions. Determining improvements to product features. Coordinating customer requirements with stakeholders and various teams and aligning the requirements with business goals. Determine which tasks are dependent on other tasks and develop critical path.

• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and software lifecycle Ability to report to the Product Manager and collaborate with the product development team.

• Must have 2 years’ work experience in product management or as an associate product manager.
