A senior hands-on resource with excellent communication skills and Payments Domain Understands payments flows and messages, exception handling Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and management. Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall. Proficiency with business intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView. Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve organizational goals. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to help employees grow and develop professionally and focus on Career Management. Experience in SCRUM and Agile SDLC leading a team Proven ability to learn from customer discovery and apply the learning to story creation Ability to translate functional requirements to technical audiences, and technical complexity to business audiences Ability to identify common process issues and provide solutions to reduce communication failures. you should be technically savvy, results-driven, and a natural relationship builder

Requirements

  • Roles & Responsibilities: Lead requirements gathering and analysis efforts, ensuring that all stakeholders' needs are understood and translated into clear, concise, and complete requirements Conduct feasibility studies and impact analysis to identify potential risks, issues, and opportunities related to proposed changes or solutions Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, use cases, and user stories Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers, to ensure that requirements are understood and implemented correctly Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams Conduct business process modeling and analysis to identify areas for process improvement Develop and maintain domain knowledge in the business area(s) supported by the organization Participate in the development and implementation of business analysis best practices and standards. Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.
