Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Customer Success team to understand customer goals and develop strategies to ensure successful product adoption. Monitor and analyze customer usage of our product to help customers get most value out of their investments. Identify opportunities for improvement and provide strategic recommendations to enhance customer success. Support the onboarding process for new clients by providing data-driven insights. Utilize data driven insights to provide recommendations for enhancing candidate experience. Provide detailed reports on customer interactions and satisfaction. Help in creating and updating training materials based on customer feedback.

Job Skill

  • Experience in developing and managing client portfolios is a plus Familiarity with CRM tools Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Requirements

  • Qualifications Bachelor's Degree, AND 5+ years experience in customer success and/or business analyst roles Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and remotely Experience in developing and managing client portfolios is a plus Familiarity with CRM tools Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
