• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Manager, preferably in developing and managing PaaS solutions. Deep understanding of data management, storage, and integration within large-scale platforms. Demonstrated success in defining product strategies, roadmaps, and delivering successful products to market. Strong technical acumen, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with engineering teams. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, capable of conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences.

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Core of Flex Platform, aligning with overall company objectives. Collaborate with product teams to gather requirements, understand their needs, and translate them into actionable plans for the platform's development.
