• Understanding and supporting business requirement, creating functional & non-functional requirements • Ability to create user stories/requirements for solutions and ability to work in Agile teams as a self-organized individual • Maintaining excellent relationships and communication with global stakeholders, other IT teams, and business areas, vendors and SI partners. • Investigating & trouble shooting issues, workarounds, suggesting improvements or solutions to permanently addressing the issue and liaising with the other teams to come up with a permanent fix • Support the Incident, Change or Problem management as necessary • Support changes in Dev, Test, live proving, Production • Driving and leading the change end-to-end • Mentor junior team members and help them to deliver their work • Act as a communication bridge between Business/OPS and Technical teams • Manage Review and Sign-Offs from business stakeholders as well as other team in program • Build a knowledge base of the application within the organization and share knowledge with other team members
