Driving Adoption of Digital Solutions: Collaborate with stakeholders to promote the adoption of digital solutions across the plants. Develop and implement strategies to increase user engagement and utilization of digital tools and platforms. Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate end users on the benefits and functionalities of digital solutions. Measuring and Reporting Adoption: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring the adoption and effectiveness of digital solutions. Regularly monitor and analyse adoption metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate adoption progress and recommendations to stakeholders. Validating Deployed Applications: Work closely with the development team to validate the functionality and usability of deployed applications. Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance checks to ensure that applications meet end user requirements and expectations. Provide feedback and recommendations for enhancements or bug fixes to improve the overall user experience. Facilitating and monitoring benefits realization: Work with the program manager and champion of respective use cases to chart out the plan for benefits realization Identify and establish KPIs to measure benefits Track the actual benefits realized and publish reports periodically comparing it with targeted benefits Identify impediments in realizing benefits and work with the program manager in removing the impediments Gathering Requirements from End Users: Engage with end users to understand their business needs and challenges. Conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops to gather requirements and feedback on existing and proposed digital solutions. Document and prioritize user requirements to inform the development and enhancement of digital applications.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications (Figma, Adobe, Balsamiq, Pencil, etc.).

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in being a Business Analyst in any industry sector – preferably manufacturing Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in driving adoption of digital solutions preferred. Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools. Working knowledge of digital technologies such as Industrial IoT, AI/ML would be an added advantage. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
