You will be working as a Business Analyst for Production Technology Implementation and Enhancement ProjectsCollaborate with users to gather requirements, translate business needs into user stories, fostering collective understandingFacilitate structured discussions with development team and stakeholdersIdentify and suggest areas for process improvement to enhance efficiency and qualityCreate and maintain documentation such as process overviews, user guides etc.

• Comfort with ambiguity and a track record of thriving in fast-paced, dynamic settings.·Strong business acumen to understand organizational goals and align project outcomes with strategic objectives·Understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile and SCRUM.·Good to have exposure to API, JSON, XML and data models.Having a good command of English is important; collaboration is important in our day-to-day work, so being able to communicate your ideas and understand others’ is key
