Develop collaboration with multi-functional teams to collect and document business requirements. Effectively translate user requirements into user requests and program specifications partner with systems analysts on technical design and coordinate development work with development teams.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities. Proven attention to detail with a solution-oriented mindset. Professional certifications such as SAP Certified Application Associate - Financial Accounting or similar are a plus. • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Demonstrated ability as a Business Analyst, with a focus on SAP Finance and a proven track record of delivering successful projects. Solid understanding and expertise in SAP Finance modules (e.g., FI, CO, AP, AR) in releases 4.7 and ECC6.0, or with SAP HANA S/4 finance an added advantage. Proficiency in applying SAP Finance functionalities, including configuration, reporting, and data analysis. Experience with project management methodologies and tools, specifically within SAP Finance projects preferred, but not essential.
