Understanding, documenting and translating business requirements into solution briefs for new products or enhancements. Creating storyboards, user flows and process flows to communicate user and system interaction Designing wireframes and prototypes for presentation, review, and analysis Testing products and enhancements to identify bugs and areas for refinement Analysing and improving user experience across new and existing digital solutions Supporting BAU systems (e.g. Dynamics, Optimizely, SharePoint, PowerApps) and other developed solutions in combination with the IT team and members of the Technology Programs team Managing vendor relationships as and when required for delivery of digital solutions (e.g. track issues, test and track progress) Managing internal stakeholder expectations Utilising agile methodology for prioritisation and delivery of tasks and functionality related to digital experiences
