Contribute as required to process improvements, pre-sales and team development initiatives within the team.

• Excellent influencer with proven ability to work collaboratively in a matrix organization. 10+ years of experience in program/project management experience in financial services/ solutions vendor organizations OR equivalent experience. Certification in Project/program management (PMP OR equivalent) Flexible and adaptable to project needs and changing priorities. Strong inter-personal skills with practical, can-do approach. Ability to work to strict deadlines and manage own time accordingly.

• Bachelor’s degree & 5+ years of experience in program/project management delivering software products or services, product development in financial services domain OR equivalent experience 3+ years of working in a similar Product & solutions company with exposure to post trade automation business domain OR similar experience. Proven track record of successfully delivering highly complex multi-million dollar projects within the financial services industry. Good written, presentation, and verbal communications skills that can applied across organizational levels Good business knowledge in post trade automation space Excellent client facing skills. A good communicator with strong relationship building skills. Good commercial awareness and governance. Training or understanding of standard project management methodologies e.g. PMI.
