Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada. Proven ability to launch client-facing software projects with multi-disciplinary teams. Strong organizational and risk management skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills to all levels, including Senior Leadership. Demonstrate a 'get it done' attitude and take ownership of project delivery from start to finish. Self-starter, able to work with minimal oversight. Preference for candidates with experience working with Software Product Management Teams in a client-facing, B2B environment or enterprise projects. Experience with product management and project management tools, including Jira, Confluence, Aha, Asana, and Power BI.

• PMP certification required. Critical thinker with the ability to see the big picture while managing the details. Proven experience in project management within the banking or financial services sector. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Manage project schedules, dependencies, issues, and risks related to product releases, from product acceptance to operationalization and client scaling. Manage executive and project stakeholder expectations, ensuring transparency of progress, dependencies, and roadblocks. Collaborate with key departments, including Product Management, Marketing, Change Management, Support, and Operations to align goals, define deliverables, drive execution, and monitor success for each launch. Support the Product Activations team in establishing the operating model.
