Experience working on regulatory and/or ESG projects Analyse large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions Proficiency in data analysis tools and software. Demonstrable front-to-back experience working on large business transformational and cross-domain programs. Excellent communication skills, encompassing written, visual, presentation, and verbal abilities, within both business and technical environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience and understanding of the Asset Management industry. Basic professional qualifications relating to the asset management industry (such as IMC) and business analysis practises (ISEB). Education to at least undergraduate degree level.

Perform a detailed data gap analysis concerning mandatory disclosures, including regulatory requirements. Complete a comprehensive data gap analysis Contribute to the sourcing and evaluation of external market vendor data to fill identified gaps. Provide input to the operational design to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and compliance requirements. Develop effective relationships across the Business, Business Transformation, Global Technology, and the wider change management community. Serve as the subject matter expert to change initiatives
