Create and maintain detailed Business Analysis procedures and processes Continuously explore opportunities to improve processes and increase value add to the business Plan and execute detailed system requirements phases and identify, track, and resolve business systems issues Assess, research, analyze, and document stakeholder needs, using the recommended or selecting the appropriate information gathering and/or modelling technique to elicit requirements Contribute to business solutions that satisfy stakeholder needs, while continuously exploring and assessing options for value-add for clients Contribute to successful completion of project objectives with high quality, within budget, and on time Prepare appropriate documentation and ensure adequate end-user training for assigned projects Participate in QA Triage to resolve issues/defects and identify root causes Perform and execute Post Implementation Verification (PIV) as needed A minimum of 5 years Business Analyst experience in the Banking regulatory environment is mandatory

• achelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field - Minimum 5 years of experience as a techno functional business analyst in the banking sector, preferably with exposure to the Posidex UCIC and Golden Record system or similar solutions

• Conduct business analysis and elicit requirements from the business users and stakeholders using various techniques such as interviews, workshops, surveys, etc. - Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications and design system solutions using UML diagrams, use cases, data models, etc. - Work closely with the Posidex team to understand the features and functionalities of the Posidex UCIC system and how it integrates with the existing banking systems and processes - Coordinate with the IT team to ensure the development, testing, and deployment of the system solutions are in line with the business expectations and quality standards - Validate and Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing by preparing test cases, test data, and test scripts - Provide training and support to the end users and resolve any issues or queries related to the system - Monitor and report on the system performance, issues, and enhancements - Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in the banking and Posidex domains and provide recommendations for improvement - Define and document the project scope, objectives, deliverables, and milestones - Develop and maintain the project plan, schedule, budget, and resource allocation - Manage the project risks, issues, and changes, and implement appropriate mitigation and contingency plans - Track and monitor the project progress, quality, and deliverables, and ensure that the project meets the agreed standards and specifications - Communicate the project status, issues, and risks to the senior management and other stakeholders on a regular basis
